9/13/11 - Noah & Caleb

Jenna and Caleb came over to hang out with us tonight.  Jenna & I took turns running on the treadmill while the other one of us played with the boys.  I went first, and by the time I returned from the basement, the living room was filled with toys, wild boys, and a tunnel tent in the middle of it all.  Aunt Jenna sure knows how to bring out the fun! 

9/10/11 - Pomeroy Wedding

Julie came home this past weekend to photograph our cousin Lacey's wedding at Twin Lakes, near Pomeroy (Iowa).  So 3 sisters, 2 grandsons, and 1 grandma hopped in a Suburban and took a road trip.  What fun we had just being together!

Aunt Jenna did some shopping for the boys so they could sport matching outfits.  Sooo cute!

Labor Day Weekend 2011 (Part 2)

The second half of Labor Day weekend this year was spent at the Skinner reunion and at my Grandpa Skinner's memorial service.  It was really great to see all the Skinners come together to remember Grandpa and celebrate his life.

Our visit was short, but it was such a treat to get to see Beth, Brookelyn, Becca, and Madison, too.

We spent the first half of our Labor Day weekend at Shady Acres, watching fireworks and singing karaoke.

8/27/11 - Beaver Park

Grandma Kristi wanted to take us to Beaver Park to see the animals - just like we did last year.  What a beautiful day it was!  We saw a white donkey, some pigs, sheep, cows, chickens, ducks, goats, and a couple of exotic birds.  It was great fun (and FREE!).

Noah even got to drive a tractor!
